We enjoyed our stay overall, this hotel is a quiet hotel, if you go with children I think they would be bored no enterta

Clean hotel and friendly staff and the food was lovely

not enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying at the hotel, the hotel isn’t a real all inclusive, it’s more breakfast lunch and evening meal, the snacks during the day is just a ready made tiny dry sandwich and a piece of fruit which you just pick up from the pool bar. Premium drinks are also not included.

Very Good

The hotel was beautiful and really clean. The bar, restaurant and staff were all great. Hotel also about a 5 minute taxi away from Kos Town, maybe a 25 minute walk.

Only criticism would be that there was a fight for sunbeds in the morning and not enough umbrellas for shade.

Our stay was relaxed and we were able to enjoy ourselves with little to no stress, access to almost anything we needed

Majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. We received some free additions such as gym access and internet access ( which you usually have to pay for) I believe due to us already spending quite a sum on the room itself.

Abrupt approach from a staff member when we arrived and received a small balcony room when we booked a larger room with a terrace and personal sunbeds, which was not sorted on our first night (23 arrived at 11pm) and had to stay at the small room for one night, missing out on the room we paid extra for for one night.

Excellent hotel.. modern, clean and great staff

The hotel and facilities were excellent, the staff were very helpful ..and the towel arrangements each day were fabulous.

The hotel now offers All Inclusive which results in most guests staying by the pool all day which wasn't big enough or have enough sun loungers for the number of rooms

Simply unforgettable. Great value for your money.

The location is fantastic, a 5-minute walk to the beach and the sea, near the best beach bar Mylos. The hotel is great, the room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. You made our anniversary so special and unforgettable from the moment we walked in at the reception, to the warm greeting in the restaurant, and finally to our room where our towels were folded differently daily (swans, hearts...). Thank you Apollon Hotel!

Wonderful

Beautiful and very clean hotel. We had a very pleasant stay and everyone was very nice. We arrived late (after 10pm) so the lovely staff handed us a bag with some snacks from the bar, as we missed dinner. We were sad to leave. Food was absolutely delicious, plenty to choose from, very tasty. Swimming pool is fun and it's cleaned daily. We made a very good choice to come here and would visit again! :)

One suggestion we would say is it would be beneficial if all food had tags, sometimes we weren't sure what the meal was. Some tags had very good description of what was in the food, and some lacked this, so we had to try and identify the ingredients. Plenty of choice for vegetarians/vegans.

A Perfect Stay Close to the Beach and Town Center with Friendly Staff

The location is a 20-minute walk from the town center and just a 5-minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. The facility is new, modern, and stylish. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

.However, be aware that getting a taxi on the island can be challenging, especially in the mornings and late afternoons when the ferries arrive and depart. Keep this in mind during your visit.

The food was very good, the staff helpful and kind.

"Overbooking" at the pool, which I could understand in high season. Plus, tourists who claim their spot by placing a towel while sleeping in the room.

Wonderful

Location great far enough out of town to be quiet but easily walkable just over 1 mile and close to beach. Hired bikes which were ideal for visiting other beaches within 6 to 10 miles cycle lanes and quiet roads. Great selection at breakfast. Very clean rooms and public areas and garden areas.

Lovely rooms but hotel lacked atmosphere

The rooms were modern and clean

It was supposed to be all inclusive but with only one restaurant it meant there were times in the day when food was not available. Also no evening entertainment

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Staff was great. The lady named Cindy at the reception, really made us feel at home. She was extremely helpful and very experienced. She made our stay even more comfortable and she answered all our question. We were really satisfied. Our room was very clean and comfy. Although it was a big hotel, it really was very quiet and had a relaxing environment.

New hotel, excellent food, friendly staff.

No elevator. Fitness room does not have a water tank, no air conditioning, no towels, no disinfection spray and paper. Other guests did not follow the hotel rules, i.e. reserve long chairs at the pool with their towels.

Good but bigger pool area and better privacy would make it better

hotel modern and service overall was good

pool area could have been bigger, no room around the pool. Breakfast was just passable. terrace area outside the apartments was not private and very overlooked by neighbours.

Lovely hotel - great location & comfortable, with friendly helpful staff

This is a lovely hotel. Spacious and comfortable, clean, and good facilities. Good location - easy walk to the town centre, and plenty of beaches. The staff were excellent - really helpful, and easy to deal with.

The pool was very busy - lots of people in it. So could be a larger pool for the number of guests that stay there at once. Also, a few drunken noisy people waking us up in the middle of the night - this happened 2 nights. The hotel offers packages of unlimited food & alcohol, so maybe that has something to do with it. The reception is 24x7. We called them at 3am, but no one picked up. We let them know the next day.

Good breakfast, lovely rooms, helpful front desk staff sorted our boat trip and taxis, very clean, plenty of space by the pool meaning we got a space every day
